Opportunities to meet together to share life and faith

All are welcome to just come along to any of these activities...

Worship takes place in the Church each Sunday morning at 11.00am. It is led by a Minister or a Local Preacher. There is always an opportunity to stay behind for refreshments and to continue in fellowship.

On the first Sunday of the month the Breakfast Bar opens at 9.00am and our all age worship, Sunday Xtra, starts at 9.30am.

Bible Study Group

Our Bible study group meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at 12.15-1.30.  We are looking at the Book of Acts.  Please bring your own lunch with you- drinks will be provided.

Art in the Afternoon

Come and join Art in the Afternoon and experience a relaxing, peaceful time while discovering new ways of expressing yourself.  Just come along- we can provide you with a starter pack and the opportunity to try different mediums including water-colour, pencils, charcoal, acrylics etc and a selection of books for inspiration.  This takes place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month between 1.30 and 3.30pm.

Splash for babies, toddlers and their carers. 10.15am - 11.45am each Wednesday morning in the church. (Half Terms excepted). See the page on 'Midweek worship for families' for more information.

Women's Fellowship

This takes place in the Fellowship Room of the church at 2.30pm every first and third Wednesday of the month. A variety of speakers come to share in worship and fellowship, and all women are welcome to attend. For more information, please email Pauline Bannister via the Contact Form.

Messy Church

This happens on the third Wednesday of each month from 5pm to 7pm. Children need to bring a responsible adult with them. For more details about this event, please see the 'Midweek worship for families' page.

Soup Lunch (September to May inclusive)

All are welcome on the second and fourth Thursday of the month for Soup Lunch in the Fellowship Room. No need to book in advance - just turn up. A donation is invited for the cost of the home made soup, fresh crusty bread, cheese and pate, and a tasty dessert. Soup lunches begin at 12.30pm. All the profits each month are donated to a nominated charity. Please get in touch if you require more information - use the contact form and address your query to Jacqui Bradley or Sue Walker.

Knit and Natter

Each Thursday between 1.30pm and 3.30pm a group gather to knit and natter over a cuppa. More nattering than knitting sometimes emerges, but it's a fun bunch to join in with... You never know what you might be able to create!

Open Door Coffee Morning

Every Saturday throughout the year the doors are open to all for tea and coffee from 10am until 12noon. Sometimes another local Tarvin charity or community group host the Coffee Morning to raise funds for their own needs. But no matter who is hosting, you will always be assured of a warm welcome and a friendly face.

TMC Wheelies

TMC Wheelies go cycling on first Mondays and third Saturdays March to October. Feel free to join us for all or part of the ride. If you are unable to cycle you could just join us for coffee at our destination. We use cycle ways rather than main roads. All you need to join us is enthusiasm (a little), an interest in gentle exercise and the ability to laugh (a lot).

See Barbara & Derek or Robert or our leaflet for more details.
